Shipping & Delivery Information

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once an order has been submitted and processed, the order will ship within 1-2 business days.

For deliveries outside of Nairobi, we will ship your order via any of our preferred major carriers, including G4S and Wells Fargo Courier. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, In any case if the item is above 5kgs, the item may not be eligible for the standard shipping rates and the excess shipping charge will be communicated to you via phone call, chat or email.

Deliveries will only take place Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and on Saturday 9am to 12pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays. We will notify you in case of any delay on delivery.

In case you prefer to pick up any order yourself, you have the option of collecting it from our store. To do this, hit the “PICKUP AT SHOP” button on the Shipping Tab on the checkout page.

You may pick up your order at any of the following locations:-

Ground Floor, Ambassadeur Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi (Next to Kodak studio)

Shop A1, Rahimtulla Trust building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi

Upon delivery, It is your responsibility to check for any defects, damages or missing items. We will not tolerate any returns for defects, damaged products and missing items once delivered and accepted by you. In case any order has a defect, damaged or items missing, you may return the order immediately to our delivery crew and get in touch with our customer support team on (+254) 114 107418 or email us on hello@venturtechshop.com within 12 hours. This applies to orders shipped within Nairobi.

For orders shipped outside of Nairobi, if any order has a defect, damaged or items missing, you can temporarily hold on to the order and get in touch with our customer support team on (+254) 114 107418 or email us on hello@venturtechshop.com within 12 hours. Our support staff will get in touch with you with instructions on how to send the order back to us.

Returns & Refunds policy

Goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, please read below on our policy for Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error.

Defective product and returns due to our error:

Defective items, items damaged upon receipt, or incorrect items received are eligible for return, with waived shipping charges (Original receipt and original packaging should be included). Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and either replace it or issue a refund if it’s out of stock. Should the product be deemed non-defective, shipping fees will apply, and the order will be returned to you in its original condition.

To initiate a return on a Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error order, you must contact us within 24 hours from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorization. Contact our customer support team on (+254) 114 107418 or email us on hello@venturtechshop.com

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
